I started this while making Ai no uta... also i never sat down and properly listened to the original lol and i replaced Flower for VY2 in the harmonies bc of his range (he could reach the low parts better)

You can use p much everything: the new ''air'' parameter, the ''growly'' attack tone thing, vocal fry... Yeah i think everything but the growl parameter.

So uhm the vocal fry parameter works just like on Utau or?
It's a thing you can use at the beginning or end of a note, not really a parameter, you can select it from the attack and release tab thing.
Also my computer doesn't like utau so i never properly used it sooo i have no clue how it is in there.

Very cool! How did you import V2 vocaloid in V5 editor?
It's the same method as the XSY loophole, swapping files and renaming them while keeping intact the file that tells the editor which singer is which.

I don't suppose you could tell me what to do to get V2 banks in V5, I'd love to use Big Al with the new effects
1-pick a v3/4/5 (V5 voices are installed in C:\Program Files\Common Files\VOCALOID5\Voicelib\)
2-Replace the V2/3/4's ddb and ddi files with the V2's ddb and ddi files (leave vvd alone!)
3-Rename the v2's files to what the V3/4/5's were named (rename the v3/4/5's files to something like ''original'' so they won't be deleted)
(Optional)4- replace ''setup.bmp'' by a picture of the v2

For V5s it's on the same folder as the rest of their files for V4s or V3s i have no clue.

Yes it should work with any V2(can't test since i only have one v2), also it can't be done with a V5 vb since it will say it's unactivated.

So I know you used the xsy loophole, but wouldnt you need to swap a v2's files with that v2's update? Ex: luka v2 and luka v4. Id figure if you swapped piko's files with example fukase he would sound slightly like fukase, right?

The one file you leave is the one that tells the engine "this is a v3/4" together with the name of the voicebank (not sure since I can't check).
The actual voice files are intact, there's no reason for a voice to sound like another unless you actually XSY them together.

It's just regular V2 Piko on V5, to get any V2 on V5 you have to use the same trick as the XSY loophole with any V3/4 (if you do it with a V5 it will give you an authorization error).
