Wow! Same woman @0:55 @2:05 @2:10 and @2:45. That bounce-like effect can only be achieved if one is steady balancing on tip of toe on both legs. In this case her feet is not resting flat on the ground. She is hoping on her toes. Hence the bouncing effect that looks fantabulous because, unlike the girls, she is also standing straight up with minimum body movement but emphasis on the waist cutting. This upright position gives that extra boost of maximum optical nutrition. Priceless. She is not leaning forward which is the standard style of this particular dance (tongo-teke). OMG I am losing my ming just looking at her. So so beautiful. The first time we see her when the lyrics say "Anyira ker". Coincidence? Tye ka nyede anyede ma nenone munya muny mo. I get very excited when I see remnants of authentic original Acholi dance. Look at this smooth very rythmic tonge-teke of that woman. Infact I am not watching her. Am feeling her. The dancers are doing the same beautiful tongo-teke but with a stint of hip hop. Lol

The guy in black and white @ 5:07 is another of my obsessions. He is so nice to look at how he smoothly, so gently groves left to right. His tall slender body and the priceless smile on his face. I can write a story about him just from this clip. I love the way he rocks that move like...left, right and then he looks down in affirmation. Oh my God! Mmm...Acholi ye....

That "Gang ker ma yomo cwinya" is a catch phrase in the song and then the beats to match. Acholi culture is priceless. I have been losing my mind since I came across this song a few months ago. I even learned the moves of the lady at @0:55 @2:05 @2:10 and @2:45. It looks like she is 'tongoring' very mildly such that it produces the bouncing effect appearance.

@@sophiao5855 Our culture is priceless indeed! I hope you have noticed series of dance moves yet the rhythm remains the 'lukeme' kind of music. 'Tongo', 'ginyo', 'piiyo' all fit there.

I am in Canada but I have learned two dance moves from this video. Lady in yellow gomasi @5:15. This is how you know the song has entered someones brain at the different angle. A few months ago I learned this lady @0:55 @2:05 @2:10 and @2:45.

@@stephenolanya4961 My dear, thank you. I love Acholi dance and music so much. So so much. I have perfected my Acholi dance skills just by watching over and over and over Acholi videos like this one on youtube. If you see me dancing Acholi moves you would not believe that I left home (Gulu) at the age of 13 and now am 47. I dance, walk, talk, look acholi like I never left the village. I am also very thrilled that you appreciate my analysis. I can do the moves at these times to perfection because I have watched it over and over and over.. Trust me I even dance it better than the expert lady's in the video...Hahahaha...

Some brains are wired to receive music frequencies in a very unique fashion. Look at how the guy next to Obol (the artist) in red tie synchronizes with the guitar when the tune changes @ 4:05. Oh my God. He felt it and so did I. It looks like he is there representing with that tag hanging on his neck. So he is dancing conservatively. I wonder how much he would let loose in a night club-like setting.
