Massachusetts Carp Fishing During a Thunderstorm - The Hunt for a Giant (40+ lbs.) Pt. 1

One of my current goals is to catch a carp that is 40+ lbs. I will be dedicating substantial time this fall to try and land one! This is footage from an afternoon on the Sudbury river fishing during and after a thunderstorm. Fishing during a thunderstorm is dangerous and not recommended!

@@ne_outdoors93 ah! Cool. I switched to the piscifun carnivore 3k because I found the drag is smoother, but I use it for trolling swim baits inshore kayak fishing. Been think about trying some carp and catfish here in MA soon though.
