A less depressing system would be offering the shards/goop first in a take this and skip the normal choice or decline (at which point you get to see the normal rewards). Allowing it to be in addItion to the normal choice would be kinder, or treating it like STS' blue key by offering it at every treasure choice until it is taken. Edit: On the charm being hidden by the staff, should have just checked the damage values. Edit 2: I know it doesn't count as a death, thus negating the transfer, but boss transitions really should be treated as a split (ending up with half stacks), or keep the stacks as they are. Tbh bross transitions probably should count as a kill anyway, which would mean "on kill" abilities trigger as do "on enemy death" ones.
Imagine a fungun infini-junk build. You could repeatedly hit the fun gun with junk on turn 0 to ramp it up to insane amounts of poison. Paired with fungus blaster to retain the poison onto more enemies or gacha pomper to give barrage, that would be insane.
I think, when trying to assemble the lumen vase, when you go to the treasure area that it would just straight give you the lumin part, then you proceed to pick out your treasure card as normal.
I had a shroomine fungo blaster shroominator run... it sadly did not beat the true final boss because none of the enemies ever died so the poison didnt double...
There's a lumen symbol on top of card that has its effect. Surprised you didn't frenzy consume the lumen almost never a time where its needed to use twice
You beating the boss early in the series brought me to your channel back then. You play good, I much enjoy. I had a hero exactly like yours, both companions and all the items, and I also had snoffel because I find companion limit bell to be the strongest option. And then I got krono and put a lumin charm on it. So after shade sculpting a fungoblaster, and handing wart, the crab boss numskull died to a ~800 poison tick. Final boss party starts with 5 frost on all and gets 15 poison on backline... For some episodes now I wanted to say, but stopped myself. I really liked the game at first but now I feel it's not well balanced. It pushes players into strong but boring strategies and becomes very hard if you force yourself to avoid those. Enemies aren't strong enough to be challenging against 8 hp+ barrage of shellbo every 1.5 turns, but foxie isn't strong enough to survive spikes without hp+. Sometimes game gives you pinkberry twice, just for good measure. So how much hp+ is "okay"? I see the heartmist station and I ask myself, do I really want to skip the hog fight? Like clunkers can go infinite without sneezle, shaders can clone some berry sisters, dwellers can roll shellbo, but is it fun? I do like the vids, but I can no longer enjoy the game myself.
It is tough because it is probably one of the easiest archetypes to break the game with, but I wouldn't say no to literally any new pets. I want one of every possible style.
I think the thing is is that shellbo is too strong. Paired with any on hit ability just makes it absurd. Nothing to do with poison. Its shellbo....nice run either way as always

The reason the poison didnt spread on a couple of the boss fights is because they TRANSFORM, not DIE. Hope that helps :)

Leaders aren't considered dead when switching modes, but are considered new units. So all special stacks disappear.

The poison boss is 100% the easiest place for it, least strategic skill probably is doing the Clunkmaster infinite on the true final boss though

There are many times I swap lumin on True Boss, and it wastes the frenzy aspect. I'm more likely to put the toast charm on it which is just "Consume"
