Very interesting video. One question I have, do these Russian manufacturers of weapons, sell in other markets? Such as China, or any of the other Brics members? I understand Russia is a big weapons seller around the world. But these are custom made weapons? Hreat video.
Most of the samples presented there are limited samples to order, which are usually available for sale in the basic version. This applies to most bolt-action rifles and ARs that were in the video.

The whole procedure takes a couple of hours. You need to buy a gun safe, any from the simplest and cheapest to the most expensive you want. You need to undergo training and pass an exam. This takes a couple of hours. But it is better to prepare in advance. The exam tests your knowledge of weapons laws and rules for handling weapons. You need to come to the Rosgvardia department and hand over your documents. Within 30 days, you should be issued a license to purchase a weapon. It is valid for one year. Within 14 days, you should be issued a permit for storage, storage and carrying, etc. This is the final permit for a weapon. It is valid for 5 years. After that, you need to get a new permit to replace the old one. Once every 5 years, you need to pass a medical examination. Therefore, together with obtaining a new permit, they submit documents on passing a medical commission. Owners of weapons with the purpose of owning only for self-defense must pass an exam every five years on knowledge of the laws and rules for handling weapons, but are not required to undergo re-training, only an exam. For the first two years of owning a weapon, a first-time owner of a weapon can only have non-semi-automatic weapons and without a magazine and only with a smooth barrel. After two years, you can buy a semi-automatic weapon with a magazine or a pump-action weapon with a smooth barrel. After a total of 5 years from the start of owning a weapon, you can buy any weapon with a rifled barrel: with a longitudinally sliding bolt, with a magazine, semi-automatic.
