So glad all went well except the weather. They look like a great bunch of women and looked happy to spending time with you. Enjoy the Labour Day weekend with your son. Hopefully the Bolder women’s rendezvous will become an annual experience.
Yay, Zia!! So happy for your success AND that you got to Celebrate it with your son. Things have a way of working out…😂😉. Now, if you could just figure out how to keep track of your keys 😂😅😃🔑. 💕 -V
So happy for you that your first workshop was a success for the gal in Canada. Exciting first step into a new adventure as well as the gathering of friends on the road. You saw a need and filled it. 🌿I also wasn't aware that Canada celebrated Labor Day too. Labour Day 🍁
Hey I'm first ? Yay Zia you did it ! What a great success, shame about the wine tasting ! It sounds like you started a really great BOlder women's Nomad Community ! Congrats it looked like a great weekend ♥
That looks like a blast Zia!! Congrats on an awesome workshop!! I’m not a solo RV’er but my husband and I are part-time RV’ers and live in SW Washington State. I’m still interested in attending next year because I know that my husband may not be around when I’m in my 70’s (he is older than me and a cancer survivor and has other health problems)…I prepared myself for retirement and now I’m preparing myself for widowhood, the last stage of life I guess. It seems morbid but we have to plan and prepare just like any other stage of life…and I know I’ll be on the road!! Can’t let the grass grow under your feet right? We will be in Quartzite in March Zia…will you be there then??
Thanks so much Lori! I’m sorry to hear of your husband’s health issues, however you are right about being as prepared as possible for the future. I hope you do join us next year and I also hope, fingers crossed, to be in Quartzite again in January. 🚐❤️🇨🇦
That sounds like a great plan to me Zia and if you ever end up heading south on the I-5, remember not to stay the night at that rest stop again…my husband and I are just a few miles south at exit 76 and have plenty of parking space for another rig and we can hook up the rig when you get here. The rest stop there north of Centralia does have water and air and a sewage dump though so that’s good!! Hope to see you in AZ!
Thanks for your interest Barbara. The easiest way to share the information with you would be to suggest you go to ireneharlow.com. You will find all the details there, as well as contact information. 😊
Women together. Brilliant. Well done…

Well done Zia. This is such an important start to a very necessary benefit to solo women doing van life. Hugs as always 😅
Thanks Angela, I think so too!😊
Congratulations on your success. It's unfortunate that it rained but you made new friends. Well done.

I would like to attend next year, however it depends on which province its in.
For now the plan is BC again next year, however if we continue to grow, expansion to other provinces would be wonderful! 😊🤞🏻 🚐❤️🇨🇦
