I was wondering what is the El princess cotton yarn? Would the flowers look different if I used the same brand as the green and yellow yarn?

El princess cotton has about 80% cotton and the yarn has more shine than Alize, Alize cotton gold has 55% cotton and 45% acrylic. The difference in the shine other than this the flower will look similar.
