I have a 1990 RB-1 that I've owned since new. Lovely bike. I recently bought a '92 RB-2 and like it just as much. Looking for an RB-3 to round out my Bridgestone collection.

I saw one recently in a garage...I will ask if it is for sale.

I have a 56 cm RB 1 8..1993. Yellow and dead mint. As mint as any bike. Looks like it was purchased yesterday. Modern 130 spacing. A wonderful bike

I found this bike in my garage. I will be taking it to a bike shop soon to get a tune up

Right on! They are beautiful bikes: you may be able to get some wider tires on there to make it an even smoother ride!

I found this in my grandpa's garage. I was thinking about making it into a fixed gear bike

If it all the original parts are still on it and working fine you may consider cleaning it up first and see how it looks and rides. If the parts are beyond repair, turning it into a fixie is a great way to honor your grandfather and the bike. Good luck!

By 91 all of the new brake levers were aero. Campy had an insert so you could do it either way. I think they used too high a temp on the welding as I have seen bb and a few rear dropouts crack on MB-2 and RB-1.

I just purchased a Bridgestone Bike. I would like to know what model it is and the year it came out. Could you help me with that??

Thank you for the message. I might be able to but if you type into google "what is the model year of my Bridgestone Bicycle?" you will probably get some good information.

I have a yellow 1992, 62 cm, with a stuck seat post, in the Netherlands, not many original parts, just the shimano 600 headset...

Try carefully heating up seat post and seat tube with heat gun; after a few cycles of heating and cooling things should loosen up. WD40 works well too. Good luck!

@@RideableTV thanks, I have been and am still trying, though not yet with the big guns, the seat hight is perfect so no urgent need to replace the saet post.. I want to keep riding this nice bike on the road and on gravel...

I own a complete NOS 55cm 1993 Bridgestone XO-1. I've never, even so much as threaded a pedal in the crankset... I just can't do it.

Thank you for the message and apologies for late reply. You are showing some great resolve, and there are certainly many Bridgestone riders out there sending their support your way. Get some images out there for the world to see!
