I think what it actually means, like they said “migrating data” most likely means that your current progress will be transferred over to the old version. And “re-adding new vehicles” is probably they will bring over every car that currently exists, like the Aerial Molecule and Night Stalker to the old map

The map isnt the problem at all, its the car models, the handling and the pure specs of the cars. In 2018 you had to grind for hours to get a nice car, now you join and they give you cars that can outrun the highest priced vehicles in the game.

Jesus Christ, simbuilder has gotten to the lowest point yet. They’ve been struggling so much that now they have to resort to older versions of the game. There ain’t no way they can fix the code because they have made it super messy. The least they could’ve done is made better models and rewrite the code because again, the code is genuinely messy.
Honestly, I think VS should rest now. 2018 was its peak and if your game is dead for nearly 3 years, it’s no hope. There’s also a lot of drama between simbuilder and his old devs so I’m pretty sure getting new devs is going to be tough.
Oh well, it was nice knowing the game. RIP.
