Thank you dear for information. I would like to put suggestions as per current scenario.
1. Kindly request management to reduce the development charges as no one will pay such a high rates per marla. People will come out and it has bad impact on society.
2. Increase time for payment of DC . It should be minimum four years as i know most of people can not pay it even in four years also. So please make it for minimum four years.
I appreciate the BWC on double discount on development charges. It means, on discounted development charges, people can get further discount.

ڈویلپمنٹ چارجز کو قسطوں میں بھی ادا کیا جا سکتا ہے اور اس پر بھی ڈسکاؤنٹ ہے جس لیول کی ڈویلپمنٹ ہو رہی ہے مجھے نہیں لگتا کے چارجز زیادہ ہیں . انٹرنیشنل ٹورسٹ سٹی بننے جا رہا ہے مجھے لگتا ہے ہمیں بھی یہ بھی ذھن میں رکھنا چاہیے .

I have 5 Marla Plot in BWC general block which cost me 700,000 Cost of land and after paying development charge's that too in installments cost me in 1,450,000 is fair enough in these hard times where purchasing a 5 Marla Plot In Rawalpindi Islamabad cost you above than 4 million these days.
Cost of Land Ka 25% Development Charges Laey Loo. Agar Development Ki Hay tou 2 Lakh Ropay Kanal Ki Zameen Ko 2 Lakh Ropay Marla Sale Kia Hay.

We paid 1350000 (cost of land) in 4 years ( 48 months 28000/ month) . How a common man can pay 1500000(200000*7.5) development charges in 24 months(62000/month). In this worst economic condition.
