Hi, I’ve made coffee buns several times but may I ask your experience after it’s been sitting out for a couple of hours? Is it normal for it to ‘sweat’ and become sticky or am I not baking it enough? It does return if I toast it but I’m wondering if there’s a way to prevent it. Thanks!

OK, so 3 tablespoons of butter for the dough, one stick of butter for the cookie topping, and one tablespoon of butter to place inside each of the 12 rolls that the recipe makes. In total, slightly less than 3 full sticks of butter for this recipe. Got it.

As a bakery chef,no,you cannot substitute icing sugar to normal sugar But you can just grind the sugar well in the grinder and it will form icing sugar in just 3-5mins Hope this helps😊

Bread flour has more protein so it will make the dough rise more and it will be softer
