Not just driving him around; driving fast, cornering hard, not always looking at the road while discussing women's rights, and doing it all in a heavy armoured range rover.
I've seen photos of it. The Queen's expression as she bears down on the photographer is classic.

So I used to own a black Audi RS4 when I lived in Johannesburg, that car was hi-jacked at the point of an AK47 barrel by a rather polite Zimbabwean fellow, he had a team of 5 other guys, all armed with AK47 rifles with him in various positions around the road I lived on, I complied and survived the encounter (if they were South African "Tsotsi`s" I would have been killed just for the fun of it), a few months later I was approached by a South African Police officer with some photo`s of my car and a photo of the VIN number off a plate on the windscreen, turns out that my car was stolen to order, taken over the border in Zimbabwe and given to one of Mugabe`s kids girlfriends as a gift...
Many many more "Luxury" vehicles that were hi-jacked in South Africa ended up in use as Mugabe regime official transport...all taken by Zimbabwean Special Forces inside South Africa`s borders...

When Pop Benedict XVI visited Cuba in 2012, the US embargo against that country meant that Canada supplied the Popemobile. It was specially upgraded by the RCMP and CSIS (Canada's secret service). Following the Pope's visit there, the car was returned to Canada - with almost all of its operational gear replaced with cheap knock-off after-market parts....the original custom parts having been sold off on the black market - including the security upgrade devices.

She certainly had a way of throwing shade at people in the most "posh" ways possible. I can't imagine his face when he realized "Shit, this is really happening and I'll have to smile and wave and look alright with it - WHAT THE HELL ARE THE PEOPLE AT HOME GONNA THINK!?" but I'd like to imagine he was looking like he was about to shit himself - partly from fear of the driving, but mostly from the fear of what his countrymen were going to think. Badass move, Lizzie. *BAD-friggin'-ASS!*

I'm amused by the fact that the auto captions refer to the Popemobile as the Pokemon bill.
Also on the self retracting emblem - in the late 80s or so when the big car emblems were still a thing, people took to stealing them in big cities and wearing them on those chunky gold necklaces. Obviously the more expensive the car the more clout, but they weren't above stealing them from everyday Chevys and Fords either. First switch was to a connected one on a tough spring (the originals were made to break off in a crash or something), and then ended up in the flat emblems that are common now.
Not sure if the Rolls retracting one was due to that problem or was more for putting it down to decrease wind resistance originally, but the end result isn't much different.
The only ones I can think of that might still be on new vehicles here are the ones for Mack trucks, but I don't really pay that much attention.

Like who’s MOST concerned about being attacked? How would we stack you against other countries. Some of these countries seem to have no concerns at all.

I know the Indonesian King requires that his car be put into a bubble tent completely isolated from the outside whenever it is parked. It is kind of an ingenious way to stop people easily sabotaging or just getting too close without having to spend a crap load on security, park the car, erect the bubble tent, seal it, place a couple of guards on watch and the car is pretty much secure from moderate level threats while parked.
Also the Japanese Emperor's car was the inspiration for the Regalia in Final Fantasy 15 which is the royal prince's car.
