I've followed all of the Oil Refinery tutorials using Hysys 2006 (don't ask how) and it works correctly but the last part (Vacuum Distillation Unit) where the 180°F should be added and then, when it does not converge, removed and it will converge.
the point where it is supposed to be added an additional parameter, meaning, the top temperature of 180°F. Get rid of it. You'll have 0 DF with the top stage PA rate, LVGO rate, HVGO rate, Slop Wax rate, TopStage PA_TRet, HVGO PA Rate & HVGO PA Dt.

Try to also do simulation of FCC DHDT Naphtha Complex CCR Isomerization Delyed coker Visbreaking on same file

I tried to remove 180 deg D from spec, but it still doesn't converge to me(
simulation of gas processing plant, sweetening, recovery sulfur and etc
