just the longblock and the h2b kit! and a k manifold or euro r manifold is needed ONLY for efs, but the gains off the plateless kit out weigh plated kits in so many ways!!!
It really is a great kit can close the hood and not have to make a new hole for the oil drain. You have to do most of these mods to the other kits as well really cant beat it.

Go get a QSD for a street car. Risk snapping a flywheel bolt like most other people. Jack your hood all up so everyone knows whats under the hood. Then worry about the oil pickup and drain. You need to do so many more mods on qsd/evo kit. This kit sits like stock uses a stock b series clutch and flywheel and is easy to use. Spend more money if you want. these kits arent widely known as theve only really been out for a few years now.
@@Dnice8363 hell yeah. I was looking at a k swap for my del sol, but now my interest has peaked about this h2b swap with the brough kit. I like not having a spacer between my flywheel and crank. Something about that spacer that worries me with bolts snapping or it coming off mid race. It would be really embarrassing to have something break in the middle of a good race. All this guy needs is a little nitrous and I think he would be neck and neck with the sti and the camaro, he pretty much beat every other car in this video. Seems like a 12 second car in the 1/4th mile. Nice job man your car performs very well. I like seeing the underdog win. Power to weight ratio for the win.
Moung Yang paul yaa thats my homie, its no excuse but when we ran i was stock header stock cams and my stupid cable driven speed sensor broke so it thought i was at 0mph ans vtec didnt work smh, he gapped me lol always wanted to run him though foreal,
This kit is way better for a street car then the QSD. Yes you need to cut the block some but you dont need to do other things like relocate the alt. Use a spacer for the flywheel. Bend the header so it works with the kit and figure out how to drain the oil. Not to mention is cheaper.
+Adafo-Inhir they have different sleaves, if you get a low milage jdm engine you wont have problems, mine has been through three different people since it entered the states, since then its been heavily abused with no issues
Only clutch kick because if I dont it will fall on its face, bog and go 10:1 afr’s Bounce limiter on the rolls because it spins in first and if I shifted early it would fall down to to low of a rpm
all youre doing by kicking the clutch on a roll is causing slippage. revving it up causes the clutch and tires to search for traction instead of just flooring it and going
ckole11 my car was not tuned at partial throttle in vtec, so if i just throttled the gas it would run 10:1 afr and bog down HARD, I had to jump the rpms up to get it to run smoother, it would be at 12.7 wot afrs if I jumped the clutch however.
Ya edgar is right, the previous 2 owners and the new original owner of this engine both ran 11’s. I ran 12.8 with pump gas as a street car, they were both gutted track cars, one was cut to 1650 lbs lol

acasper54 only need a K manifold with the Brough kit in a EF and DA, the stock manifold works in all other chassis
