Expert examines rare surviving example of 16th century dress having never seen the garment before!

In October 2022, at The Tudor Tailor's 'Missing 'Persons' conference Jane & Ninya asked Susan North to perform a live autopsy on a mystery garment having never seen it before to demonstrate her methodology for interrogating and identifying dress. It was fascinating to watch Susan go through the meticulous process of examining the garment, before sharing her findings - which luckily aligned with The Tudor Tailor’s!
