Just came back to RC after like 25 years, I have to say, I dont think theres anyone who has done as much for the hobby as jconcepts. The bodies and parts, tires, clod stuff, really happy with it.
OK! I REALLY like that the Steering Rod has BEARINGS at the Wheels!!! And I've seen a couple of other BTA Kits.... Complex and OVERENGINEERED. Yours is as simple as basically swapping the Hubs and Screwing the Servo Bracket to a Strut!! I'm sold on this!
Best kit JC has out right now for the hobby. Recently got a clod in a trade with some other vintage stuff. So glad I can keep the beast going with quality parts. Thanks to all involved with this kit!
I really love this solution, but I cannot get past the dremel grinding of parts. I see you have some parts in your ShapeWays store, are they already designed for this solution?
So if I wanted rear steer I would just need another steering kit ? Also do I need to have a regular chassis to use the B.A.S. servo kit . Was thinking of trying the steering before going all out with the chassis .

This is extremely helpful, thank you for this
Will this kit still allow the stock bumper guards to fit on?
Does this setup create any radio interference with the servo from the motor being so close together???
Does Jconcepts have aluminum replacements for those Clodbuster plastic swingarm?
Can you use the factory Clod bumpers with this BTA kit?
Can I put a monster mamba with 10turn motor on this set up
Looks like with this BAS kit you can utilize the stock Clod bumpers with the stock 4 links ?
Just wondering, can you still install the stock from bumper just to give the axle a little protection?
GOOD question that needs an answer!
yes you can use stock bumpers check tamiyaclub.com forums the builds section for pictures.
M Z yup, I figured it out, thanks for the reply. 🤙🏼

I'm going to be throwing it on this weekend when it arrives but gna be throwing 4 link on aswell hoping I won't have any clearance/Dremel issues

Why shouldn't it work the stock chassis?
@@RC-ty5ym I dunno , asked just in case I buy it and it doesn't fit , but yeah I realized that after I sent the comment.
Stoped video at.. grind or dremel...nice mod though...but that price...ouch 🤕
If I ship my truck to you, will you build it for me?
Why should they?
Just because you're too stupid to build one?
