- A very very solid custom Map with some pretty neat ideas, I really wish I knew who build this lol. Really enjoyed my playthrough, most secrets were not completely impossible which is also always important to me and the level design ideas felt pretty fresh and original.
Overall probably a 7.5/10 for me, very solid but obviously nothing mindblowing!

Thank you, it is indeed one of his maps. Awesome, now I can change it in the title and description!
Eww more Giant Spiders! 🤢@@Nixxo
They don't bother me anymore since I swapped Aragogs skin to Harry's once a while ago, THAT was true horror 😄
Player review: A map that I could hardly remember at all-the only part I recognized designwise immadiatly was the transition where you jump through the painting, but that just made it better for a first playthrough. :D
An interesting and creative map, that’s for sure, but with all the trolling and teleportations, it was definitely confusion time again. Maybe that’s also why I didn’t remember it, even though it’s definitely one of the good Kram maps. It’s a seamless sequence of many small puzzles and fights, which reduces its recognition value, especially with such different areas.
The map really pushes the adventure focus quite far-there are, of course, some puzzles, but basically, you’re constantly anxious about what might be lurking around the next corner. The difficulty level is upper-moderate, doable, but it requires a lot of focus at times. Knowing that this creator likes to hide tricky secrets, I casted spells around a lot, and as a result, I found quite a few more secrets than you did, only missing two by the end, and I somehow had all the stars.
One issue was that spell triggers often didn’t disappear, so casting again could close what they triggered, which is also why you missed a few. Luckily, I noticed this during the map and kept it in mind while searching. In one way, it’s also good I checked your video again after-during that long-luggage section, I was convinced the mechanism lowering the star and opening the path must be broken for me. I didn’t realize I could somehow cast again at it after it was already in the frame to lower it then. Otherwise, that would have been a deduction, which was more my fault than the creator’s.
Overall, I enjoyed the map; there’s plenty of variety in the design, and the course is engaging. Some of the trolls and jump-scares… well, I can still keep a smile though. Actually, I even like the secrets on this map, except for the fact that 2 or 3 don’t have proper indicators. But I like how they’re placed and designed. The exception is the bean you have to put on the table. I only figured that out at the end when I knew I had to do something with that bean, and the table was just randomly standing there.
Beyond the secrets, there’s room for improvement with general polishing (I mentioned the oddly re-triggerable spell triggers for secrets, for example), and the map design is overall at a good but not outstanding level. The highlights are definitely the creative ideas and mini-challenges involving enemies and parkour. I’d place the map in the middle of the second tier and give it an 8/10, which is also just the maximum for it. It’s a general, though not a primary recommendation, but I’d be up for playing it again sometime.
The HP2 custom maps are my favorite thing on your twitch, Nixxo! Absolutely love them! Hope more of them are coming soon!
Thank you, I'm very happy to hear that! The current plan is to essentially put one on TH-cam every second weekend just so we aren't done that soon since there is only a Limetten amount available sadly...
This game is my childhood, i'm glad people are still enjoying it
Same here, started playing it again a while ago to bring some nostalgia back and it's cool to see that there is still a fairly active community surrounding the HP Games!
"OUCH! We've been working together so well!" killed me xD
After long day spending evening under fluffy blanket and watching another custom map! ☺️ 🥰
Hope you have fun watching this one! 😀
HP Community is growing so fast!
It's cool to see a lot of people getting interested (or reigniting their interest) in the old HP games recently! Rly hope that Trend continues...
Would like to see the same thing from PS1 version. Hardcore PS1 fans would do it since the assets are on Github...
I’m not Hagrid I’m Play Station One Hagrid@@HuseynMemmedov
It's from the same author who made the Ravenclaw challenge, Kram. But yeah. No one knows his real name or where is he from. He always makes crazy maps. And now I'll watch your run ::3
Just found it on HP games net, he just didn't call it "Charms Challenge" on there lmao. Thank you for letting me know and I hope you enjoyed my playthrough of it, I will change it in the title!
@@Nixxo, oh, I remember when I played this map, I also had problems with few secrets I've found at second or third run (I don't use cheats usually). It's tricky. My favorite secret is the snail secret in the begging.
45:55 - rooms used to set up movers and other elements, not all of map makers remove those
I feel you with the secrets
Nothing more demotivating than impossible to find secrets for me, hands down!
Judging by the red curtains, arrows with symbols and the flipping platforms i think it might be the same creator as "Ravenclaw challenge"
Map rating:
Complexity: 8/10 (easy difficulty and puzzle map)
Originality: 10/10
Details: 8/10
Puzzles: 9/10
Secret-y secrets : 9/10
Glitches, softlocks, bugs preventing 7/10 (needs more invisible walls, map geometry indicators and fixes in general)
General rating: 8.5/10
You were correct indeed, just found the map uploaded. He just gave it a different name in different places lol. The resemblance to the Ravenclaw Challenge rly is high now that you know it's the same creator tbh...
very late but I just wanna say that the swedish at 27:18 actually says "I wonder why this door is locked? Oh well"
Ah thank you for the accurate translation! I guess it was just a generic line from the game then and not a hint towards anything lol
At least they didn't replace the beans with gnomes xD
I would honestly love a map like that. The amount of incoherent gnome babbling would be amazing xd
Can you please upload the big folder of maps so we can all try the custom Map?
I can indeed, all the maps and additional files needed to play them are uploaded here now: mega.nz/file/JH0yAaaK#Te1-9kzDSjf142ZEAj_sC4qON_F02KHKbonEsj_6Jto Enjoy playing!
@@Nixxo Thanks' So much, can't wait to try them!
Mans thinks coffee flavour is worse than vomit O.O
Im just so used to the vomit flavoured ones I just grew numb to them xd
I need a bit of help installing this one. I extracted the files and put them all where they're supposed to go, but when I select the map from the game, the page just refreshes. Any help?
Hey, I assume that's because the creator forgot to upload some Important files for it to the website. I have uploaded my entire game including all the custom maps over here once mega.nz/file/JH0yAaaK#Te1-9kzDSjf142ZEAj_sC4qON_F02KHKbonEsj_6Jto This will have the working Version of the map and others, have fun :)
Hallå där, are you playing in Swedish? :)
Hello, I have indeed played the Map in swedish. Just the language I have installed from speedrunning this game since it is the fastest for that :D
I made it
Nice try 😀 Found the author by now
