Great review thanks, on sizing; i am a S/48 in Ion wetsuit. Would you agree I should stick to this sizing?
Heya. Yes. They want to be a tight fit. I found that ion vests relax a lot once wet. So wants to be tight when dry on first time.

Nice, I love ION kit, but hook looks overkill for wingfoiling
I personally disagree. It has no hindrance and just adds another level of wind range and energy levels. Also find I can relax more going up wind and enjoy the views :)
These harnesses are very lightweight and you cannot feel them
how do you you get the hook out of the way when paddling? Do you have to remove the belt?
To be honest when the hook is high I don’t notice it. I haven’t ever needed to remove the belt.
