When you at hand wash stage, then yes. However when you're pre washing a very dirty car. You'll go from bottom. As you want maximum cleaning power from degreaser. If you do it top to bottom, then you're wasting your degreaser as it will get diluted and washed away, before you're able to blast the bottom parts.

Acho que roupa molhada não fica não , ele deve usar aqueles kits anti chuva que os motoboys usam , principalmente quando ele lavou a parte de baixo do carro!! Mas uma coisa é verdade,que o carro ficou 15 ou 20 quilos mais leve ficou

Thats not a firefighting hose it’s a special cleaning device for cars it has pretty high pressure and is best for washing and cleaning
Wow, that's a lot of water wasted. A lot. Just splash with water once then go over it with a hand and a towel to finish off with another rinse of water
