deepikha rajvel thank you ;-) In regards to concealer it depends what look you are going for. If you just want coverage, then use a similar shade to your skin tone. If you are using a colour corrector, you need a yellow based concealer that is at least 2 shades lighter than your skin tone. If you are not using a colour corrector but want a brighter look, go for a pink toned concealer only one shade lighter than your skin tone
Great question I was thinking the same, I have the biggest problem in getting the right colour for sales people or makeup artist to recommend.they always give me dark shades

Maneera de Mel sure hun, but this video was more about the techniques rather than the actual product. I am personally not a big fan of LA girl. Hence why I only use or recommend products I use myself and on my clients. When I partner up with brands I will defo try more products.

I use MAC concealer and foundation but always feel the sales girls give me darker shades and end up with skin tone 2 shades darker than my original skin colour once I am done with my base. I am in Australia so I think they like it a bit more tan. What would your advice be? Should I just pick my own colours?

Thanks for the video vithya !! Just to confirm if I understood correctly: I use a Nc35 studio fix foundation. I tend to get acne which leave scars, little bit of pigmentation in the corners of my lips but i don't have heavy dark circles. If I don't want to necessarily highlight my dark circle and just want them to be concealed along with the scars, I can use pro longwear concealer in NW. Is that right? Does the NW35 prolongwear concealer have same color as foundation Nc35?
Do you prefer applying concealer before foundation or the other way round?! Also, since I have very oily eyelids, could u pls suggest what to set the concealer with?!

Hi Vithya, Great video! I’m gonna love this series 🤩 I have a question: I’m a NC42 skin tone. I have slight pigmentation around my mouth. I usually use an orange corrector, top it up with a concealer and then a powder foundation. For eyes, I understand that I should use a lighter concealer to brighten up my face. But for my upper lips, Should I use a concealer with yellow undertone in my shade or a shade lighter over the orange corrector?
Use corrector around the upper lip too and you can use your standard concealer and then powder. But if you want a more flawless look, maybe switch to a liquid foundation instead of using concealer on the colour corrector around the mouth? Under the eyes I would go a shade lighter

I'm using the Studio Finish - I have tried brush and beauty blender and I always powder over but the product still settles into my lines. Thank you so much! ❤️
tzphyr thank you. The problem with studio finish concealer is that it is oil based so it will never set, and I don’t find that powder helps either. Maybe try bobbi brown instant full cover? They work for me

What is the best way to know which shade of products suits me . Please do reply coz of what i under if i do not get the base right its better not to proceed further . I think it is best to pop into the nearest makeup store and get it tried on, as picture and video is hard to base it on
