    Nice construction and I live in USA and got one recently . We met Krishna Reddy garu very humble person and thanks for having his villas at our village . I really recommend this if some body really want have villa in hyd choose APR group .

      So as they are living there they will keep the lake clean.
      Or at least make sure it not get polluted as it becomes problem to then if it starts smelling like hussain sagar.

      @KarakkayaChenakkaya7 my point is simple.
      They surround only in one direction.
      That is neopolis side. The will certainly put restrictions from the surrounding places where the sewage gets into the lake. And near hussein sagar STP were not built. As this is the new place and organised planing can take place with sewrage treatment plants etc. With good drinage system.
      And now we have NGT. Previously ngts were not present or inactive.

      There will be no limit for the floors in neopolis it’s possible with the policy implementated in telegana they will get approval within 30 days

      SAS Crown kokapet - 58 floors - got permission in 2020, construction started in 2021, it will be completed by 2025-26 (36 floors done)

      @@venkatsusheelg9658 Not the question of completing the floor/slabs. Are they going to hand over to flat owners with all committed facilities? Constructing the floors are very easy. But internal works and making reay the all utilities takes a very long time
