I had a hard day today, I made some bad decisions. This song made me tear up and spoke to me in just the right way, I am so grateful the lord has not given up on me after falling short time and time again.
I was born with Spina bifida, have had 34 surgeries and the 33rd surgery paralyzed me, have lived in a nursing home for over a decade, and yet found joy and blessings in the darkness. I even wrote a book called Blessings From Within The Dark. Jesus loves you SO much everyone!!!
But what about those who do not get healed, when we pray for them? I don't want to diminish God's healing power... but I have questions about connecting them to prayer.
I went to war in 2004 and was a homeless alcoholic until I found Jesus. Now I’m a very proud homeowner. All the credit goes to Jesus. I tried everything the earth could provide to treat my wounds received in combat and ended up not only homeless but an alcoholic. Once I turned to Jesus I received a home. On earth of course but this one is irrelevant. Once my time down here ends I’ll be going home. Amen.

I lost my dad who died at 84 with the worst dementia I've ever seen and this song reminds me of the night he died for one small second he looked over at me and gave me the cutest grin and told me he loved me and that is the memory I hold onto. My dad couldn't remember anyone but he knew he was about to die and he just wanted to let me know it was guna be ok....I KNOW my dad is with Jesus and I know he's just waiting for us to meet again

My desire is to get back into the faith of Jesus but I just can't because of reflection on past experiences. But there is yearning after yearning. I guess he is calling. Pray for the strength to go back to him

Being a mother is the hardest thing I've ever done but she is worth it. I talk to Jesus all day, everyday and when I struggle He carries me.

Yup. The Bible says that He will never leave you nor forsake you, so you absolutely should feel like he is right there by your side when you need him most. It is written that God is an ever-present help in trouble, so when you are having issues in life is when he is specifically there to help you along. I do want to say though that we as believers are not promised an easy life. The thing that will get you through tough times is knowing that the people who mistreat you need Jesus in their life and that the God who loves you unconditionally loves them just as much. That will comfort you, and direct your actions too. Pull your self worth from God's mercy and forgiveness, not from the people in this world!

I was loosing my faith, I went back to my old ways of drinking and being angry at the world, I lost my Mom and everything started to crumble I'm so far behind on my bills and have a gambling problem, I'm live in a homeless program and they want me out next month I don't have any money saved, I live in Iowa and it's negative 14 degrees outside. This is why we need Christ, cause nothing on earth can fill the void in our hearts except JESUS. The world is groaning in pain, every man every man..... The mainstream Catholicism is different because of Vatican 2. I had difficulties too until I learned about traditional Catholicism. I now attend Latin mass, not to be confused with Spanish mass. It changed my life for good. I also recommend sensusfidelium s channel.

My family proudly prayed for two people with cancer who are now cancer free and this just shows how amazing god is

My heart is broken and has been for a year and a half. Even now I'm in tears and I miss my wife and my best friend but I find this song so encouraging

I heard this song tonight and I felt it speaking to me I've dealt with bullying and exclusion all my life and I've always felt alone and shut out by people who call themselves my friends but I felt like this song was speaking to me telling me that through my experiences God was with my helping me through this I know one day all of this bullying will end and I will find those friends that won't exclude me and this experience will be used to glorify him

Yup. The Bible says that He will never leave you nor forsake you, so you absolutely should feel like he is right there by your side when you need him most. It is written that God is an ever-present help in trouble, so when you are having issues in life is when he is specifically there to help you along. I do want to say though that we as believers are not promised an easy life. The thing that will get you through tough times is knowing that the people who mistreat you need Jesus in their life and that the God who loves you unconditionally loves them just as much. That will comfort you, and direct your actions too. Pull your self worth from God's mercy and forgiveness, not from the people in this world!

Hey I just want you to know that song touched my heart today. I was loosing my faith, I went back to my old ways of drinking and being angry at the world, I lost my Mom and everything started to crumble I'm so far behind on my bills and have a gambling problem, I'm live in a homeless program and they want me out next month I don't have any money saved, I live in Iowa and it's negative 14 degrees outside. And for whatever reason yesterday this song came into my head, because for the first time in my life I'm not scared of what's to come because there is another in the fire standing next to me, another standing next to me calming the sea. Im not scared

The mainstream Catholicism is different because of Vatican 2. I had difficulties too until I learned about traditional Catholicism. I now attend Latin mass, not to be confused with Spanish mass. It changed my life for good. I also recommend sensusfidelium s channel.

As an alcoholic in recovery I know well how another is in the fire. Without Christ my lord and savior in the fire with me I'd have perished and been condemned. But, due to a faith I'll never be able to understand and a grace beyond any I ever deserved, I'm a saved men.
