Soak whatever dried fruits, nuts & seeds you have at home with 2 tablespoons of oats for about 2 hours in water (I sometimes soak them overnight) then blend them with a cup of milk
I have used, approximately
4 almonds, cashews, walnuts, & raisins
1-2 dates & figs
1 tablespoon of chia seeds, flax seeds & pumpkin seeds
You can add more water to adjust the consistency to your liking.
Something is gonna get me going for tomorrow...

The number of views you get for a silent vlog, especially in india, you must upload more frequently. People are really loving your work. I know how it feels it when hard work isn't appreciated. I started a silent vlog channel and gave it up after a year because I wasn't getting a good response. I urge you to upload more frequently .. because if the consistency isn't maintained, the youtube algorithm sometimes pushes the channel down 😒
