Irani food, Irani art, carpet wall and glass work is really really unique and amazing and top of all Irani adab and tameez (mannerism) is Mismarrising. Rich culture, Rich nation
If you are still in Iran, try the Sultani plate as well. It has koobedeh kebab as well as Sheesh kebab (chunks of beef boti). Kashk-e-badamjan is another amazing egg plant dish that is yummy, looks like haleem but the flavor is amazing. Loobiyah pulaaoo is also good. Aur haan, next time koobedeh kebab pe Sumac bhi daal kar khaana mere bhai (you have an adorable family, Mash Allah, we love the princess :) ). Finally, don't forget to try Sangak bread it tastes really good. Try the mint also with koobedeh. Main Irani nahin hoon bhai, lekin we have the biggest Irani population outside of Iran in Orange County/Los Angeles in California, so we are used to eating amazing Irani food.

You can find that similar taste in karachi also, there is a cafe name "Chullu Kabab Sistani" near Atrium Mall Sadder, they have the authentic Irani Cuisine available.👍

Persia is the mother of all culture. So much of what we have in other cultures is rooted in ancient Persia. Their culture is so strong it has carried them through.
