May virtual training is only 5 days why to other companies is 3weeks what is the posible defference of it?
The difference might be because of your account. May mga accounts kase na madali lang, while sa iba, maraming scope kaya it’s taking over a month 🤘🏻
Sakin kasi 1 month sa process, tapos 1 month nesting. Ayon lang ibang iba sa production.
Nahihirapan pa rin ako sa Pharaprasing at emphaty ko. paano ko to ma overcome huhuhu.. 4 weeks palang ako sa training namin healthcare acct… ako ang pina bobo ko sa lahat nang ka teamate ko kasi failed ako sa 1 and 2 call simulation namin ngayon ang final sim namin feel ko failed pa rin ako… pero im willing to learn naman po kaso nahihirapan talaga ako sa pharaphase at saka sa concern kung ang concern indi ko maasahan nag stuttering ako at d ko alam kung ano emphaty ko… huhuhu please help po…

Hi Sassy!!! Good question!. For seasonal account, there's no assurance for you to stay with the company right after the project/account ends. You better look for a permanent one if you want :)

Super normal. Pero your trainer must do something for you to understand things. Ang hirap namang matapos ng training na halos wala kang nagets. You may have been just a newbie, but that doesn’t mean that it’s your fault to not understand things. It’s your trainer’s responsibility to make things clear to you. Don’t heaitate to ask or tell your trainer that you don’t understand some topics
