I'm a direct descendant of John Deming, on my mother's grandmothers side, so this is very interesting! Deming traveled from Massachusetts Bay Colony in 1633ish seeking religious freedom . He was an original patentee of Connecticut Bay Colony. One of these days I will visit from NJ. Shame on me, I'm so close. Thank you for this tour.
