- At dahil mahirap mag-testing ng mga gitara dito,
pag-uusapan natin ang difference at behavior ng iba't ibang gitara sa mga genre na malamang ay tutugtugin ninyo. Bibigyan ko kayo ng maraming maraming tips mula sa mga nasubukan kong mga gitara.
Kung frustrated ka na sa gitara mo, baka dito mo mahanap ang mga kasagutan.
Kung first time mong bibili, at di ka maka-decide. Eto na. Iconfirm mo na dito.

This guide is just one of many ways to evaluate guitars.
Many other artists/ music styles lie outside this spectrum, and that's what makes them more interesting (ex. Jam Bumanlag - check his rig )

This needs to be spread out more. Some employees kasi ng mga guitar shop will mainly sell you things that would not be your ideal type and is just blocked by a wall of BS marketing. It makes me sad to see beginners struggle sa gitara kasi yun yung sinabi nung employee na pinaka mura or maganda daw yung pickups or etc. i dont blame them naman but in reality they could have bought something better and more suited for their playing style. Kudos again sir PAX for a very informative video. I always look forward to your uploads kasi i know there are beginners out there na natututo and naguguide. Even though i started playing when it was 2008/2009, it's pretty rare to see videos like this and lalo na in filipino na mas naeexplain.

Very informative, this is what i do when i choose my axe, i get sss american standard fender then inupgrade ko ung bridge pick up to split humbucker. I play on a praise and worship band. So need ko ng chimey na tone pag kaskasan naman matic bridge humbucker na.
Planning on buying my 3rd electric guitar. Currently meron akong Ibanez GRG Guitar and nag iisip ako what guitar to buy na may tremolo system narin this time since young Ibanez na binili ko is wala non and also yung tone na hinahanap ko so this video really helps. Kaya naman idol na idol kita sir pax. di ka limitado sa iisang type ng guitarista, sobra dami natutunan sa mga info shinishare mo. Pero syempre bias pa din ako pag les paul na hawak mo. Idol minsan upload ka din sana full cover or sariling compose na guitar solo or riff,or yung kagaya ni Kfir Ochaion. Pambasag lang minsan pag wala ka pa maicontent.

Sa mga isang lang electric guitar, change ninyo settings at EQ ng Amp ninyo at height and tilt ng Pickups or buy kayo EQ pedal bago kayo bili ng bili ng kung ano ano.

Ayun, good thing nabanggit wether high end or low end (budget) guitars. DIY advocate kasi ako, and plan to built my own electric guitar from scratch. I also own a 2nd hand RJ zoomcaster (tele copy) and soon, as budget would allow, I'll replace its hardware with after market upgrades (wilkinsons perhaps?). . .
Anyway, super informative talaga ang video today (and always) kaya eto, happy gassing and tumutugtog (lang). . .thanks, man!

Post hardcore / Metalcore / Pop punk main genre ko. Pero bumili ako dati ng gitara na hindi iniisip kung babagay ba sa tugtugan ko. Ibanez-AR220, d naman ako nag sisisi pero un nga kung alam ko lang sana na may binabagayan ung style gitara sa tugtugan or aware ako sa gitarang ginagamit sa genre ko, Sana nag ESP LTD EC-1000 na lang ako. hayz

Nice episode. Just to add na darating sa point na you trim it down to top 3 guitars. Ganito experience ko nun playing in a variety na nakuntento na ako sa HSS setup sa per 2 sets na gig. Then after ilang months, mapapaisip ka na... teka parang kulang. 😂 Kaya ngayon HSS, SS, HH styles gamit ko, at nagbabalak pa ako ng P90s at active.

Sana ma notice, sana po gumawa rin po kayo ng content patungkol sa PICKUP SELECTOR sir pax, na kung saan ba talaga natin pinepwesto ng tama, kasi ang usual lang naman na alam ng nakararamihan, is pag LEAD na, sa ibaba pinupwesto tapos sa mga clean naman puro naman sa taas, eh diba sa mga strat 5 ang pickup selector niya, kaya sana po makagawa kayo ng content kung ano ba talaga yung tamang paggamit at kung kelan ba ginagamit ang 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th na selector. Meron Gibson na rin sa Crescendo sa mismong stores nila. Nang una akong mapadpad sa Robinsons Magnolia years ago. Para bang 2010-2011.
I would say yong sales, then supply-and-demand are factors kaya madalang or limited na rin ang dating ng Gibson sa Crescendo the last time na napadpad ako sa mall.
Sadly mahal ang bentahan ng Gibson sa Crescendo the last time I checked online sa website ng Crescendo.
Yong COVID 2-3 years ago rin is one factor kaya naging limitado na rin ang mismong Gibson. Tapos kung ano lang kailangan ng store na affordable yon lang ang kukunin ng distributor para makabenta pa rin sila.
