There’s also a point on the Stitch ride where he “spits” at the guards or something just like how he escapes in the movie, and there’s actually some nasty concoction of water and slime goes all over some poor bastard. I was that poor bastard and this is my tale.
Me too dude, I remember I was having a really bad day before that and I just wanted to go home, but my dad insisted we do the lelo and stitch thing to cheer me up. It did not.
If there's something Defunctland and Yesterworld has taught me, it is ALWAYS somehow Michael Eisner's fault. Always. Edit: Also, shout out to Cyberspace Mountain at DisneyQuest, that was the real shit. Getting to build and ride your own rollercoaster was the coolest concept Disney has created.
ExtraTERRORrestrial was like if you went to go on a children's roller coaster but are then tied to a chair in a dark room and forced to play alien isolation.
Ok but that Wario Land game for Virtual Boy tho? That shit slapped lol. It might have made my eyes shit and gave me motion sickness but that game was fire.
I got the Beetle VB emulator for those games, and if you don’t mind the color palette, they’re really solid games on a real screen. Wario Land is my favorite by far
I still remember the Batman Six Flags coaster absolutely WRECKING my neck. It’s the reason I never went to Six Flags again, even though I used to be basically across the street from the one in Gurnee.
My brother can do any type of roller coaster, but green lantern made him so sick he had to quit for half the day. When he finally felt better we went on riddlers revenge, the one where the seats go down as you sit in. He didn’t realize it was supposed to be sat on, so he pushed it down, let it go and got his balls obliterated right as the ride started. I could hear him crying the whole entire ride from the pain. Somehow, he still likes six flags though
My dad refused to read the sign correctly and thought the ExtraTERRORestial thing was the ET ride at Universal, had to deal with that scary bullshit as a child because he wouldn't listen to me and my sister.
Discovery Zone with the zipline made Chuck e Cheese look like daycare. There was also Leaps N Bounds that had trampolines too I believe. My best friend had a Virtual Boy, it was such a bad concept but I thought the Wario game was good.
My first rollercoaster experiences were at Disney World, Orlando. Can confirm at 10 years old I came out of Space Mountain sobbing from fear. It was too much for me at the time.
Ooh, I just found Defunctland a little while ago and I’ve been binging the hell out of it, it’s such a great, informative, and well researched channel. I’d love to see more of Coney’s reactions, especially the one where it turns out that Walt Disney’s Epcot was originally going to be the closest real life equivalent to Andrew Ryan’s Rapture.
As someone who grew up in Orlando FL and absolutely HATED theme parks as a kid, Disney Quest was a beautiful, air-conditioned oasis to return to during the semi-frequent Disney World birthday parties and family visits.
I hated Stitch's Great Escape when I was strong armed into riding it by my family. That ride was awful and I was very happy when it finally got removed.
The green lantern "stand-up" roller coaster at six flags NJ is honestly a way worse nutbuster than the rotating one. It's pretty wild how both green lantern's are certified CBT machines
The funny thing about the Indiana Jones game that they closed down in the Disney Quest video? For SOME reason, you won *tickets* from it. Which, the ticket games floor you had to *pay* to play them since there was a prize corner at it. ... My dad half the day when we first went to Disney Quest, he pretty much stayed in the Indiana Jones R/C truck area winning tickets (as it was a "wait until someone got off" not a "you play for a limited time" thing... which was most the arcade games there actually, someone could be on the same game for 30 minutes or even an hour since it was free to play non-ticket games lmao) And yes, the tickets you won at that area he was able to trade in for the prize corner somehow, even though the tickets were completely different looking than at the actual ticket games hahaha (they were Indiana Jones themed) the game itself was pretty cool, drove to the "treasure" and a cutscene would play on your TV collecting the artifact... meanwhile had a lot of other R/C trucks and sometimes you'd have people just ramming and blocking the other people from going anywhere, which is an "of course" thing lol Still sad it was closed down (and one chat member said the pandemic shut it down? No the pandemic didn't close it down, it was set to close down for some "NBA sports bar" or whatever, which never came to be as the pandemic caused *that* to never happen. Although they shut down Disney Quest due to it not being updated much over the years (which caused people to not want to go since it was mostly the same games) Only the Pirates of the Carribean was really the only "big" update I remember, which in a sense sucked that they had to shut down the Hercules game to do it (although the games were kinda similar'ish too iirc so nothing too big was lost) Plus I feel like near the end, a lot of certain activities that weren't arcade games were not being kept open (I feel like the raft ride was one that stopped operating)
The only time I've ever been to Disney World was when I was a kid. My Dad surprised me one night by taking me to DisneyQuest without the rest of my siblings (who were too young/weren't into games). Was the coolest thing ever to me, honestly. Also didn't realize the Limo Ride was so short-lived. Even as a kid I knew it was weird the one time I rode it, although as a kid I didn't think much of it.
At 3am I had to stop watching on my T.V. and hop on my comp to say Discovery Zone was the greatest place ever. The roller slide, ball pit pyramid litterally everything.
I loved Stitch's Escape. The animatronic was incredible and the burp was banana smell both of the times I went. It was funny! The Alien version of it would probably work better nowadays if it was at Hollywood Studios with a warning. I'm just glad I got to see Captain EO a few times during its limited re-release.
RE: description question, my worst Disney experience was the Little Mermaid ride at Disney World. The ride was apparently busted and froze every five feet. It took about 40 minutes to complete, with Little Mermaid songs assailing us on loop for the entire time.
I live near 6 flags Nj and it’s always so weird when people mention it on the internet. I always thought as a kid that there were theme parks that big all over the place and we just went there cause it was the local one.
the six flags Justice League metropolis ride is so dumb but i’ll be darned if it’s not some of the the most goofy fun to have with friends in the park other than just walking around
FIRST DAY OF SUMMER NOTIF FELLAS ALREADY FINISHED FINALS LMAOOOOOO happy coney upload day that I am watching in the ac from the comfort of my couch(not school)
I agree! It was so cool and immersive! Stitch is hilarious, too. I remember the theatrical ads for Lilo & Stitch were the funniest Disney ads I've ever seen. "Hey, baby!" that Aladdin one 😂
Holy shit I went on that Alien ride when I went to Disney World as a kid. It scared the shit out of me, I'm pretty sure I ended up running out of the place lmao.
I have a Hall of Justice thing next to where I live, and holy SHIT that fucking Cyborg they slapped in the middle of the building had me laughing my ASS off the whole time I was in the line
I used to work for the show at the venue right across from the justice league ride. The pre ride music and announcements will forever be ingrained in my head
There’s also a point on the Stitch ride where he “spits” at the guards or something just like how he escapes in the movie, and there’s actually some nasty concoction of water and slime goes all over some poor bastard. I was that poor bastard and this is my tale.
Looooool, that was my sibling too
At least you lived to tell the tale in this here TH-cam comment section
that shit smelled like onions if they were grown in florida, thrown in a 6 ft deep hole, and taken back up to set on fire
RIP AGuyWhoSwims
Me too dude, I remember I was having a really bad day before that and I just wanted to go home, but my dad insisted we do the lelo and stitch thing to cheer me up. It did not.
1:11 this is chat in a nutshell:
coney:
"Would you wait 5 hours for ANY rollercoaster????"
chat:
"yes lol"
"no"
"die"
2:18 The Green Lantern was really uh... confident in that outfit
I like how the editor started censoring coney in the first 2 minutes then gave up after realizing Coney curses like a sailor.
TH-cam demonetizes based on swearing in the first two minutes but the rest of the video isn't checked iirc
If there's something Defunctland and Yesterworld has taught me, it is ALWAYS somehow Michael Eisner's fault. Always.
Edit: Also, shout out to Cyberspace Mountain at DisneyQuest, that was the real shit. Getting to build and ride your own rollercoaster was the coolest concept Disney has created.
coney reacting to defunctland is good content on this wednesday
Actually it FRIDAY
The worst disney experience is being leaved alone in a room with john lasseter
ExtraTERRORrestrial was like if you went to go on a children's roller coaster but are then tied to a chair in a dark room and forced to play alien isolation.

Amazing video Coney, big fan
Yoooo skeeter
Oh my god, Skeeter, I thought you died!
@@marleytarver9759 sadly, yes...
But he lived!

Imagine not having notifications on for Coney
Couldn't be me
Literally for sure

Gran turismo 3 music for the BGM is quality 👌
I hated Stitch's Great Escape when I was strong armed into riding it by my family. That ride was awful and I was very happy when it finally got removed.
I somehow got spat on by Stitch. I was so confused.
The green lantern "stand-up" roller coaster at six flags NJ is honestly a way worse nutbuster than the rotating one. It's pretty wild how both green lantern's are certified CBT machines
I live in theme park heaven Florida, and my very first roller coaster was Kraken (at Sea World). Been a roller coaster enthusiast ever since.
4:46 he is a good guy he just wanted to protect your balls. Unfortunately he protected too hard
I love chat just making fun of coney in the background when he was saying how scary the ride was

DUDE I WENT HERE AS A KID AND THE ALADDAN RIDE BROUGHT ME BACK!!!!! THANK YOU

"Has green Lantern been in anything good?"
He also had the worst episode of death battle, so that's pretty funny.
While obviously Aien Encounter is much scarier, Stitch’s Great Escape was terrifying enough for me as a kid who had a fear of the dark.
I live near 6 flags Nj and it’s always so weird when people mention it on the internet. I always thought as a kid that there were theme parks that big all over the place and we just went there cause it was the local one.
I FUCKKING HAAATED THAT ALIEN RIDE HOLY SHIT
Six Flags Magic Mountain does have Twisted Colossus, which is by far the sickest roller coaster I've ever ridden!
Coney really out here straight-up advertising Defunctland
Man I remember disney quest. It was actually really fun while it was open
Fun fact: the aladin ride on mine broke, making me spin constantly over and over and I got really dizzy
the six flags Justice League metropolis ride is so dumb but i’ll be darned if it’s not some of the the most goofy fun to have with friends in the park other than just walking around
The fucking burp!!!! I specifically remember Stitch climbing up the Disney Castle and his stank ass burp
Greenlantern's CBT extravaganza is what I call the ride
I’m so happy to find out that coney is a theme park fan
FIRST DAY OF SUMMER NOTIF FELLAS ALREADY FINISHED FINALS LMAOOOOOO happy coney upload day that I am watching in the ac from the comfort of my couch(not school)
I've ridden The Green Lantern. That shit sucked so bad. It simultaneously was boring and hurt like hell.
I loved stitches great escape!!! I don’t give a damn about the gross ass burp that ride was so much fun.
I agree! It was so cool and immersive! Stitch is hilarious, too. I remember the theatrical ads for Lilo & Stitch were the funniest Disney ads I've ever seen. "Hey, baby!" that Aladdin one 😂
The one at six flags New Jersey is similar, but from a different manufacturer and was received a lot better
When I was 10 we ended up doing the Alien ride and me and my brother both cried the entire time.
Holy shit I went on that Alien ride when I went to Disney World as a kid. It scared the shit out of me, I'm pretty sure I ended up running out of the place lmao.
Coney: "it was the tightest shit -"
Me: " -I had ever taken"
4:16 the “just don’t have pp” comment I. Chat got me
Coney, Discovery Zone closed on my 11th birthday. NO BIRTHDAY FOR ME
Might've already watched that first video before but if coney watches it again so do i
I still have a stuffed Daffy Duck I got from getting enough tickets at DZ when I was a kid. Discovery Zone whipped ass
the green lantern is the batman ride for my six flags
I think green lantern had a good animated series for a little bit before being canceled
I have a Hall of Justice thing next to where I live, and holy SHIT that fucking Cyborg they slapped in the middle of the building had me laughing my ASS off the whole time I was in the line
12:19-12:25 SANS UNDERTALE?!?!?!
Dude, hearing you get excited about Disney Quest made me so happy. That shit was magical when I was little. I was so sad to hear it closed down.
that stitch ride made me piss myself when i was 4
Superstar Limo was closed was closed down two days before I was born, what are the odds?
I used to work for the show at the venue right across from the justice league ride. The pre ride music and announcements will forever be ingrained in my head
