Yo I just recently got back into this game and 3 starred all missions. Gotta say some of the last level 6 and level 7 missions are very difficult to do and for some I still have no clue how I 3 starred them. The main thing the rating relies on is the time you complete the mission.
I don't understand why they chose Donkey Kong And Mario for Shroom Ridge And Mushroom Bridge I think Toad Should Be doing those missions and I think Mario should do Rainbow Road
Maybe time constraints or simply that Nintendo didn't see any reasons for that. I mean MK 8 is a home console game made for multiplayer while mkds was more about solo

I actually bought the game 7 years ago haha I remember struggling a lot with them they gave a lot of stress back then not that they dont now but I became a good mk player thanks to mkds . I always thought that there were only 6 levels btw I discovered it yesterday when I finished all 6 levels with all stars and finished level 7 today. Its nice to have this done too
It's hard to explain, back then it mad me so mad. But I think I have enough knowledge to ACTUALLY explain it. Put the joystick to the left and keep doing it until orange boost shows up. That's the best I can explain.
