The Pallet Repair Technician takes damaged pallets sent from our customers and returns them to service-ready condition, before consolidating and shipping them back to the customer. Must achieve expected production requirements while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
*Must be accountable for achieving Relogistics results while maintaining Relogistics Core Values and Safety Standards
*Ability to complete all production paperwork with accuracy
*Utilizes appropriate tools and methods to return damaged pallets to service-ready condition
*Communicates directly with Shift Lead or On Site / Plant Manager
*Examining products after repairing to verify conformance to quality standards
*Ability to maintain Relogistics efficiency and performance standards of production
*Must maintain a clean & safe working environment that meets Relogistics standards
Expected to be able to work without constant supervision to achieve production quotas in the repair area, safely. Must be very comfortable operating tools used to complete repairs, including (but not limited to):
Nail gun
Manual & electric saws
Hammer
Grinders
Lathes
Wire brushes
