It's sucked lately that a lot of the channels I watch for painting have kind of shifted from step by steps to more general overviews. So I really appreciate these longer form videos of yours.
Hey man. Always going back to these older videos while Im woeking through my army projects. I kinda keep up with you so know what youre going through right now but I really miss when you made these dedicated tutorial videos. The streams are good but these tutorials deserve way more love and algorithm bullshit than they get.
lo and behold, kenny drops a video that's /exactly/ what I'm working on right now. literally just ordered some spellcrow bits and combining it with forgeworld parts for a death guard rhino + predator combo.
this weirdly also happened with midwinter minis. he made a video doing the craftworlds start collecting box in the same colour scheme I was doing it in. so strange.
Hey Kenny, you are still one of my favourites in Minipainting! You got me grab the basic and advanced technics of airbrushing minis, cannot thank you enough for sharing your knowledge with the hobby community. Btw. these Rhinos look amazing, keep on hammering videos like these!

Great work as always, but as far as the rhinos are concerned I've always loved the idea of Nurgle vehicles having massive tumorous growths on them. I would have no idea how you would kitbash that, but the custom doors are a nice addition.
With a big army project, do you find that it saves you time to go ahead and mix up batches of each color of the airbrush progression or is it easier to just mix it in the pot? I would just be worried I wouldn’t get the mix the same every time

I really like your content (even wanted to say, on your video of paint of plague marine proxies that you are the only one or one of the few exceptions that doesnt insult the model by your painting, these were paint veeery cool paint scheme, good quality, serious job, love it !) BUT (I guess you see it coming..) I am really desapointed by this video, seems good and I will watch it but it doesnt have "anything" to do with the title.. how to do a custom.. and you just quickly say that these parts are from here and there then start painting.. I love your paint job and your advices and all, learn a lot and I understand because I have a paint, color therory, art bagage so really cool BUT I was expecting a video to.convert my rhino.. maybe with green stuff sculpture.. what and how to do, how and why to design a certain way.. per example here and there a mouth would be great, why, because its like a door, its an openning, and there tentacles or pustules where and why, how where how and why create this or that in a cretain way, disposition, were to have a lot, what kind of tepartition and why etc.. so mich to say do show and teach on how to MAKE A CUSTOM RHINO instead of just saying that this and that came from here and there and then "just" make the paint job.. I hope you'll make your title more about what the video is and why not making this PRO HIGH LEVEL JOB with green stuff sculpture, kit bashing etc

I mix as I go. It’s not as complex as it seems. If you engage you eyes and just keep an eye on things it always seems fine to me.
I wonder if the new ork release coming will tempt you to do a 3rd army 😆
