An Architect Turned Bureaucrat/Anna Arambam IAS on Civil Secretariat Hierarchy/Functioning.

This is the third of the series on Civil Department functioning and hierarchy. It was difficult to get the right person for this and took me some time. But taking the recommendation of other officers from the Civil Depts, I managed to get some time to converse with Ms Anna Arambam IAS, an architect turned civil servant, presently posted as Joint Secy Finance/DP/ACR/Director Institutional Finance. I am thankful to her for sparing her valuable time and enlighten us on the civil secretariat functioning.
I do hope young aspirants will find this talk motivating and inspiring.

An epitome of a true officer, smart and disciplined Sir Clay Khongsai has always been a role model for many. Not very sure but I think he's passed out from Delhi University if I am not wrong and during our Delhi days we used to hear about his academic excellence. Since he joined the Manipur Police Service as an officer, he seem to be one of the best and youngest officer par excellence. Now we know that he's not just a man of discipline but also with multi talents. Proud to have an officer like him in our police services. God bless him

Inducted into IAS just after 12 years of service as MCS was quite fast. In Mizoram, most MCS officers are inducted/promoted to IAS only after about 25 years of service. But, I don't know much about the induction/promotion process.. whether Induction and Promotion are different things or not.

Great conversation, even we got great knowledge thanks to Sir And Mem, apart pls kindly make a blog regarding bank and forest department hope most of the public needs the role of merit and demerit of bank functioning and even at the forest dept at hilly remote location hope nothing they hve conserve the wild animals, precious tree etc even lots of the wild animals are killed by the villagers day by day so sir as a citizen of India we want to know how the forest dept. conserve till date and what are the precautions taken ...we need a blog Sir at this matter.
