hello! if you can respond, i was wondering where you got the hammock stand? i’ve been searching for stands but they’re too low on the ground. yours looks great and i would like to try it.
Usually for the first on I just stel on the silk with and stand up, bring knees out and move soles of feet together (at the same time), move arms out, and then i just fall forward. Not that hard.
