I will say this: not many gamers will feel sorry when they end up killing the same guy repeatedly. Most wont even notice. The fact that Chibi not only notices, but apologizes, is amazing.

Did a run today both of my teammates got the cloudstrike and I got boots. It's like icebreaker all over again. Bad enough having to play solo with blueberries all the time but also rng hates me. Everything that drops has field prep, firmly planted and if it's a legendary sniper hip fire grip. I am not good enough at PvP to get any benefit from that perk
Man, chibi sniping the same person over and over made me laugh and reminisce. Back when I played on ps4 I kept sniping the same dude every time. Felt sorry for him.

That's actually what the "gun" is. If you read the lore on it and look at it, it's just a scope, stock, and mag attached to a crook.

The drop rate is rare(meaning low) so it may take several times to get it. I haven't gotten it yet in my 4 attempts
