Mr. Mime sure does a lot of damage and runs around very fast, but somehow I feel less cheated when I get Mime'd on, as opposed to being locked down by Blastoise or Trevenant.

Nah, when Myraidon and Kuraidon are too powerful, they will nerf Sableye's base stats again to compensate.

The range on confusion definitely looks like it got shadow nerfed, both of those attempts on mimikyu should have connected imo.
