The twin flyovers were built by the Overseas Cambodian Investment Company (OCIC) and are scheduled to take 12 months to build and cost $ 16,200,500 as a diversion from the Kong flyover project. The project will build twin flyovers as a one-way street, with the first bridge along Samdech Techo Hun Sen Boulevard crossing National Road 2 towards Techo International Airport and the second bridge from Techo International Airport crossing. National Road No. 2 along Samdech Techo Hun Sen Blvd.
Each bridge has a bridge width of 9.5 meters, a bridge length of 281 meters and a road connecting the north end of the bridge is 180 meters long and the south side is 161 meters long, the total length of the bridge is 622 meters and the lane The run of each bridge has 3 lanes (size 3.25 meters + 3.25 meters + 2 meters) for one-way traffic.
In addition to the construction of the bridge and the road connecting the bridge, the twin flyover project also has a number of infrastructure to be installed in the project, including the installation of street lighting poles, traffic signs, traffic signs, Drainage network on both sides of the road, improvement of sidewalks in the construction site, planting of trees and flowers and design of a green garden with a distance of 9 meters between the first bridge and the second bridge.
In addition to the flyover as mentioned above, there is also another flyover under construction, the "Moradok Techo" flyover, which is a bridge at the intersection of Samdech Techo Hun Sen Blvd. and Monivong Blvd. and Blvd. The Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF) calls Street 271. The twin flyovers at the intersection of Samdech Techo Hun Sen Blvd. and National Road 2 were proposed by Mr. Khuong Sreng as "Samdech Thepdey Flyover."
