    Jasmine is my fav designer, so full of ideas, colors and texture, yet so practical, adding always her personal stamp on her work...I could recognize her everywhere

    I was so pleased that the kitchen cabinets etc were donated! Rather than destroy ... reuse! kudos to yoi

    The whole team put their foot in this remodel, the exterior looks amazing and jasmine rolling up her sleeves to get shit done and donating good materials instead of scraping them speaks volumes good job team 👏

    One thing I love about Jasmine is her 'gentle demo'. Things that can be reused should, even if it is given away...

    I love love the design that she came up with it's modern but it has warmth to it it's not just a sterile modern. The beam that she used as a mantle for the fireplace and a lot of the wood tones that she used just warm up the place. And my hat's off for donating the cabinets and not destroying them. You just want my subscription simply for that fact. It's painstaking to watch designers builders tear down perfectly good cabinets just because they're going to be replaced when there is wonderful life left in them and somebody else can use them.

    That hidden outlet tower in the kitchen counter? How awesome is that?! And the kitchen service window that opens to the outside service table? Again…….awesome! Another fabulous remodel!

    I just LOVE this home it is beautiful.
    everything about it is beautiful.
    Love how she did the stairs. And the kitchen
    is WOW I would be in tears if that was my
    kitchen.

    I like it, but would have been better to have built an airy, semi enclosed
    partition, around outside patio, to give some privacy.

      @@eattherich9215 They don't!! That's why we have backyards! And this couple had a very nice back yard, especially with the new passthrough window. I'm going to guess all the furniture will get moved to the back and the new front patio will become bike parking for the kids.

    I like what Jasmine does, front garden 'living' notwithstanding and I guess if you are marooned in dull suburbia, a lovely home is some compensation.

      This is at the beach in SoCal with a year round time around 70 degrees. They are not marooned, they are in heaven.

    It looks a bit cluttered from the street. They improved its bones but some of the finishing touches are rather dull.
