      10 years లో fixed deposite లో కూడ డబల్ అవుతాయి bro... but in real estate... if you see well connected.. employment generated good రెసిడెన్షియల్ area lo right price point ఇన్వెస్ట్ చేస్తే.. 3/4 years లో డబల్ అవుతాయి... 10 years కో 5X or 6X కూడా కావచ్చు

      @@jaganrym1 నాకు రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ గురించి కొంచెం తెలుసు, నేను 30 years నుంచి invest చేస్తున్నాను. 20-25 years back 1 acre 1-2 lakhs unte ippudu adhe land 2-10 cr per acre. 30 years back rs 100-200 per sq yard (ఉదాహరణ కు Gachibowli area ) unte ippudu 1-2 lakh per sq yard. Ippudu antha hype, government, brokers doing real ఎస్టేట్ business.
      5-6 years back Sadashivpet దగ్గర price entha , Sangareddy X road దగ్గర ఎంత, జహీరాబాద్ దగ్గర ఎంత ఉండే, ఇప్పుడు ఎంత ఉంది, ఏవో కొన్ని plots తప్పిస్తే చాలా plots no resale at expected price (not even double), max 70-80% more than the invested price. A rojulu పోయాయి, అమ్మలేఖ ఎన్నో స్కీమ్స్ తో అమ్మడానికి చూస్తున్నారు.

      Ma'am, you should go to the area once. Drive around the area until you come across real estate offices. Stop by at 2-3 of them, tell them you are looking to invest in this area and ask what the plot rates are. They will quote you a rate. Minus that by 2k-3k to arrive at a realistic sale price for your plots. Presently the RE market is slow. East or North facing plots or corner plots like North East or North West will sell quickly. Hope this helps.
