Hi Katrice! Your download includes a PDF Menu that shows all of the shapes and gives extra tips/info. You can view it on your computer or print it out if you’d like. Then, you can see your project’s step-by-step Assembly Tutorial video on our website, right on your project or Kit’s page. Simply visit us at www.svgcuts.com and search for your project or Kit’s name to locate its page on our site. You can click on the video’s white title to open it on TH-cam, where you can view it at a larger size. In most cases, you can also skip ahead to your project’s portion of the video. We recently made a quick video explaining how to use and upload our score lines with a Cricut machine: th-cam.com/video/1Q_qbThnMGc/w-d-xo.html Feel free to email us at info@svgcuts.com if you need anymore help!
Hi! It sounds like you may need to “attach” the score lines in the Cricut Design Space software. svgcuts.com/blog/2017/10/16/why-are-my-score-lines-on-a-different-mat-in-cricut-design-space/ You can Select the file on your mat and then Click “Attach” (bottom right corner) If you need any more help don't hesitate to send us an email at info@svgcuts.com :)
@@svgcuts just wanted to share ....due to your informative tutorial and the link you shared with me I was able to create my first cap gift box .....thank you so much for taking the time out to respond to my inquiring
Hi Pamela! I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble. Thanks for reaching out! Were you able to download the zip file from our site? Next, you'll need to unzip it, and sometimes computers display SVG files as HTML files because it's the computer's "best guess" at what it is. However, you can still use it as an SVG file with your cutting machine. Which one are you using? A Cricut Explore perhaps? If so, here’s how to import the shapes into your Cricut Design Space software: 1. Launch the Cricut Design Space software 2. Click the big plus sign / New Project 3. Click the Upload button on the left hand side 4. Click Upload Image 5. Click Browse to locate the SVG file you’d like to import first. 6. Click Save 7. Now it’s stored in your Uploaded Images. 8. To place it on your virtual cutting mat for cutting, click on it, then click Insert Images, and it appears on your mat 9. If you’re not seeing it on your mat, select it in the Layers panel and enter “6” and “6” into the X and Y fields near the top of your window **Note: if the SVG file you imported contains additional lines (score lines for folding), you’ll need to click on it to select it and then click on “Attach” in the bottom right hand corner** Please let us know if you need any more help!
