Walmart has the Butter Beans that’s were I get mines from… the food looks delicious ❤️❤️I marinate my oxtails overnight with Italian dressing .. try it it will have your meat so tender falling off the bone/ with your extra seasoning ingredients
Grace products has butter beans and can be found in the Jamaican section at the grocery store. If you don't have that section, Goya also sells butter beans.

My 2 cents... When cooking we don't need exact measurments (~ is all) as people may not like it like we do. The beauty of cooking is like art. No one will ever tast the exact same. It took me years to get close to the same flavor and the way it made me feel eating my mother's home made chicken & dressing and a few of my other favorite dishes. Cooking is to have fun and enjoy. Made some yesterday for dinner and leftovers today. I don't do jamaican style. I put mine in the crock pot....family size can of cream of chicken soup, 2-3 packs Lipton onion soup, 1/2 pack brown gravy mix. My family suck the bone and their fingers... Lol
