Great content. As I’m transferring myself from insurance industry to L&D industry, with knowledge in psychology and organisational behaviour, I totally look forward about knowledge on how to make learning experience better in company as well as e-learning
Not sure if if its been said in comments, but lmnt has their recipe on their site and you can submit your own variations ..went to the site caused its not shipped where i live
Oh, this is so insightful and done with humour. It’s helped me define what I actually do at the moment. With students I’ve been explicitly doing Instructional Design, and for some more job training products I’ve been taking the cognitive apprenticeship approach and so actual Learning ‘Experience’ Design. On Tuesday I’m interviewing for a Learning Design post. So not even Learning Experience Design. It shows have quickly ideas are shifting and companies are adapting to have more narrow roles within larger teams.
I actually have Masters in Digital Learning that covered the areas mentioned of Cognitive science, Design Thinking, User Experience Design, Content Design and Curation, Learning Technology, Data and Analytics
A very informative, thought-provoking and helpful video.Thank you!
