    Great video! I took my KLR650 dual sport up for the 1st time yesterday. I can't believe these guys that pedal up on a mountain bike. Hardcore!

    You must have went on a Saturday. That’s pretty much the only day of the week I’m free to hit the trail 😏

      No lockers, even 2WD okay, just need a little ground clearance.

    How much did you air down your tires

    • @JTOHV

      15 PSI. Not necessary, but more comfortable

    You didn’t hit that part that goes straight down near the towers that’s the most intense!,

    • @JTOHV

      Not sure where that part is. Will have to go back for another look.

      This is the Silverado Canyon/Maple Springs Truck Trail approach traveling West to East.

    • @annagitana1
      @annagitana1 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Get off on the 22 East. Take that to the 55 North. Get off on Chapman East. Go East, for several miles. Once you hit a hill, go up and over that. Pass Newport Ave. Pass Jamboree.
      Now you’re entering the canyon. You will see the toll road intersecting it. Pass that. (Chapman becomes Santiago Canyon Road- S18).
      On Santiago Canyon Road, you wind through the canyon for several miles. Then you will find a turn off on the left for Silverado Canyon. You will take that again for several miles until you hit the end of the road where there’s a tiny bit of parking and the entrance to the trail you will ride up. Make sure it’s on a day when the trail is open to vehicles.

      @@cobratateking8542 Seriously joking. But really should be no problem. The main trail is not technical. We sought out some optional areas for added fun, but any truck can do it. 😉
