The first couple of recipes used an ingredient "vanilla essence", which I just assumed was vanilla extract, but then the 3rd recipe actually said "vanilla extract." So is "essence" something different?
Hi Richelle, they're both different in that vanilla essence is synthetic i.e chemically produced as opposed to vanilla extract which is a natural product made by soaking vanilla pods in a mixture of ethyl alcohol and water. Hope that helps!
It's all good and well but it would be nice if they actually made the recipes to where there was more information like an actual recipe has because I would like to make some of these things but if they're not going to name what certain things are and the ratios of certain things then there's no point in actually making it because it's not going to be made correctly if you don't know what certain things are and how much to use
