Me! I like vlogs like this. I took the LSAT and in the process of doing some applications. I talk about my LSAT experience and give some tips in some of my videos.
i have a suggestion: make a video about law school in u.s.a . just talk about how it works, how to get in, how to became a lawyer. ^^ like, on my country (brazil) law school is 5 years, and i saw americans movies saying something about 2 or 3 years. I think it coulsd be pretty interessent
that's not like that... in Brazil you do law as an undergraduate course, and in the us you can basically do whatever undergraduate course you'd like (although pre-law, political science are suggested), and then you do law as a graduate degree. So it's not 3 years. It's your undergraduate+graduate time. so at least 5-6 years
Pretty accurate. But only one-two cups of coffee all day? I’ll have 2-3 before leaving for my morning workout. One immediately after. Two thermos full during the day at school and an entire pot during the afternoon.

What exactly are outlines... In the US do your Professors make you go and find the ratio decidendi of every single case you need to learn for exams? In Scotland they give us a big list of the important cases we need to know, but in class they mostly go over the background of the case and the legal rule. This year I am in my post-grad which is basically all the procedural stuff (they don't cover this in the LLB) equivalent to Civ Pro, Crim Pro plus optional procedural classes like family law or corporate, it's SO much work! xx
outlines are just what we use to study for our exams, they aren't required to make. and yeah we should know the finding of each case. case briefing isn't required, but if you get called on & don't know the answer you're kind of screwed!
Omg I am so glad we don't use the Socratic method here. I think you guys have law school so much harder in the US by the looks of it. Although, we still have to do 2 years of training in a law firm after university before we can become qualified lawyers, rather than just sitting like the Bar exam and it's so competitive to get a training contract. Love your vlogs xx
