When you said “if you have a Supra, I know you park it all the way in the back.” I felt that because that is exactly what I do.
I didn’t know when I asked the question…a few hours later found out by actually having to do it! I’m sure you know how hard it is to retrieve something dropped underneath the Orem seats. It was nice to be able to clean that area as well !!

I think the yellow part isn’t sitting in the bracket 100 % correctly, hope that works and it’s not a code that needs to be cleared. Thanks though

They look great! 👍 Although it would be nice to have a side by side comparison and a review on the comfort level over OEM equipment. This is where most people doing reviews drop the ball. Can you respond to this. These seats are over a grand and I'd like to know more of what someone that already has them really feel about the comfort and fitment. I'm 6'1 245 lb athletic build so I need a bigger seat.
You’re 100 percent right lol, the problem was I really didn’t expect the install to be as difficult as it was so a lot of the ideas I had went out the window and then it took two days to install as well due to time. If you’re 6,1 245 these may not be ideal to be honest. You can’t adjust the seats the same way you can with the stocks so it’s more of a fixed seat in the Supra
@@tukes_ yep I’m 6ft 2in I’m wondering if it’s possible to still keep the electronic recliner when changing seats & are they comfortable for long term driving??? If not can you recommend some red comfortable ones please

Another trick for airbags, get an airbag bypass resistor 20 bucks at most for a pair.

So am assuming with these seats you lose your auto controls for your seat do you have to manually adjust the seats up/down forward/back?

Sorry I didnt mention it in the video, they are comfortable but you lose all the adjustments you have with the stock and seat warmers of course. I just came back from Florida and it wasn't bad at all until i had to switch and sit in the passenger. It really depends on how tall you are, im 5'10 so im not too tall but if you're taller than that I could see if being uncomfortable

They almost look too big for the car? Are they too wide...looks like they hit the top side panel near the seat belt. Can you move them all the way back on the tracks?
Do Braum actually make good seats? I always thought they were a generic brand but they actually look very well made
I think so , I’m not complaining as they are still holding up well 🙂and look different from the typical seats everyone else gets

for coding, did you plug the white seat belt plug back into the yellow connector?
Yes but if you’re not going to keep them you have to have it disconnected or else you’ll have to code it again if you decide to remove them after
@@tukes_ gotcha. i have been working with Alpine MS on coding. At first he didnt think the seat belt light could be turned off, so he had me unplug the white connectors. I showed him this video and now we are trying to work through it. I plan on keeping the stock belts using them.

Did you disconnect the battery before unplugging the seat?
You’re supposed to lol but it was unplugged for steering wheel install and tune

Are they Wider in the back than stock? I feel like I'm a little too wide in the back/lats for the stock seats and am in the market.

What did you use to remove the 4 bolts on the 2020 supra seats? What was the mm ???
I believe it was a Allen key or a hex but I don’t remember the size c
FYI, I m pretty sure it’s a star Allen key t 50 or t 45…. Save all of u owners some time figuring that one out

How much lower do these seats sit compare to stock? do you get more visibility now with these?
they sit lower for sure but they come with washers so you can raise the seats higher. You would technically get less visibility without the spacers but it also depends on your height. Im 5'10
@@tukes_ I’m 6’3, I want more visibility when I look out the windows to my left and right, currently when I try to look left or right I have to duck down to see…

Exactly this seats I was looking for Supra only in black...this large BRAUM belts making them only look ugly...you could comment how comfort is or how is to sit in them also you cold sow seats in car little bit more without ugly belts....or give more info about how to install this is car .this is no use video ....
@@tukes_ I have the base model seats in my 3.0 , I guess I was too hype about getting a supra and I didn’t realize. I realized by the time I drove home how much my back hurt tho. WORST FUCKING SEATS ever created are Supra base model seats, I’ll even take the leathers you replaced your braum seats with over these uncomfortable shits. Toyota $60k and y’all couldn’t put a decent set of seats and a thick sport steering wheel?
