The most common doubt is Can we give onion and garlic as bhog to Shree Krishn ?
The answer : NO , we cant give onion , garlic , masur daal , mushrooms and foods having intoxications like caffine ( non veg included )
The reason : we can only eat what we offer to shree krishn but we cant offer these foods to shree krishn as it comes in tamsik bhojan , we can only offer satwik bhojan to shree krishn as bhog . It is also included in the 4 regulative principles to not eat foods containing these things. Instead we can offer the same food making it without the things mentioned above. These are the directions given by HIS DIVINE GRACE AC BHAKTIVEDANTA SWAMI SRILA PRABHUPADA
