I know I missed this stream. But today 2024/01/19 this session has brought so much peace to me. I'm in South Africa, usually in January it's really hot but in particular today, this day is very cool, almost cold but the sun is out, blue sky's. The perfect weather that my soul needed, I even cleansed my souls with some early morning tears. Today is a beautiful day. Indeed joy comes in the morning.

I love these streams. They've been helping me so much when it comes to school and getting things done as well as choosing to show up for myself. I felt much like you spoke about in this stream in terms of just feeling sluggish and not wanting to do much but its finals week and I remembered what you spoke about in another stream in terms of being able to look back and be proud of ourselves for all that we accomplished, both individually and as a community. I want that feeling and I deserve it. I worked too hard to give up not so I'm doing my assignments with both new and old streams playing. Thank you so much for continuing to be consistent and allow us to partake in this community. It's necessary. Thank you for all the things you say during the breaks as well, they are immensely helpful when it comes to pushing ourselves to keep going. I'll be done soon and start my winter session of classes on Jan. 2nd but during my break I'll be using these to plan out what I want/need to accomplish during this new year. Let's keep doing the work y'all!
Private Health Insurance is a scam, based on instilling and programming fear into you - I worked with those companies when I was an Advertising Producer. You are much better to put the money away (that you would be paying them) and then do a cash deal with hospital / dental / etc. They all LOVE cash negotiations as if it is not going through a Private Health Provider they don't have to declare it under their business.
