Lisa was a backup dancer in Taeyang's 2013 song "Ringa Linga". She was still a trainee at the time, then in 2016, Lisa debuted in Blacpink. It's so cool to see now that's she's featuring in her idol and super senior's song (Taeyang is a member of BIGBANG, the OG seniors in YG Entertainment, the idols of BTS and other idols in the Kpop world right now, literally they're the Kings of KPOP) that is why this collab is so iconic~

It’s an addictive song. Lots of RnB and hiphop. Luv the choreo. It goes well with the song and car symbolism. It’s sexy and cool with lots of swag. Lisa reminds me of Aaliyah a bit. The set design and clothes design are on point. There’s a lot of references to BP and Lisa dance vids and dance choreo. The “lambo” reference was also in a previous BP vid. Her back drop was Black and Pink to represent her, Taeyang would be Blue, but when they together it would be Pink and Blue. Everything they do is the best representation of the artist, it’s perfect.

Lisa ain't Korean, shes from Thailand. S Korea has turned into a world wide mecca for aspiring musicians n singers. They go to Korea from America, Australia, multitude of Asian countries and more. Music made in korea isnt all K-pop. Its R&B, hip hop n a bunch of other genres.
