Softflex Design kits are not a monthly subscription, but they do release a new kit every month on the last Wednesday of the month. These kits usually contain a bead mix curated by Jesse James Beads, and czech bead strands, sometimes gemstones & some findings and focals. Everything you need to create jewelry except for the tools are in this kit. each month, there's a design challenge in the Softflex VIB Facebook group, where each thing you create counts as an entry to win one of the next month's boxes.

Oh oh my, I am so very new to using seed beads/ weaving I was amazed watching you. I can see following along with a pattern but you created one- so you must be very good? And did it help that you knit? Your mind very much works with ease to lay out many bead sizes, and come up with designes … how great and how fun 🤯 mind blown 🎉❤
I'm used to drawing things out visually for work & when I knit, I work best from charts so it makes sense in my brain to draw it out in order to figure out how things go together!
Did you choose to use softflex over a beading thread on this one to give it more structure?

Yes, but the thicker wire gave it too much structure so using the very fine wire was what ultimately made it work. I also just wanted to do something different from what I'd done before. I used thread and a needle for a different necklace & just wanted a little variety.
