Dalek, i love your zombie guides and everything, your a great youtuber. but maybe rename this to beginners guide. there are quite a few things that NEED to be done to make an efficient run that is missing here.
On the last hive, I've found it easier to set up my sentry's in the water than turn on the electricity. Then drop my ammo, feral, etc outside for my teammates. this has proven very effective. Great video BTW!
I beat the Extinction mode, it was hella hard. 4-6 rhinos chasing you and the meteors block your path. the ending scene is you flying away in the chopper. so basically the thing that was running through my mind was "Get to the choppa ,eeya!"
Escaped with 5 relics. Make sure when escaping with 5 relics no one else has any on. Also upgrade the grenade launcher or death machine to help out with rhinos. Also before hitting the nuke take all your sentry guns and place them before the first barrier on the way back. It saves time and helps kill the rhinos faster.
Heey, i Always play as a medic, i got 16 escapes now and we Always make sure we all play with automatic sentryguns. Thats really great for the 75 and 50% accuracy challenges. Also at the one but last hive we put up our sentry guns at the last big hive. The aliens barely come to the drill and just attack your crew. This is pretty usefull because you don't have to move your turrets anymore, so its also a little faster. Your hive killing technique is pretty usefull tho! (with the chopper)We also had some very fast games because of it!
oh i recommend medic, shield and riot. It makes it so hard to go down. If you have a riot shield it protects you when you run away and if you take it out and face the rhino you can't get hurt. oh and shoot rhino in the belly, legs and the red part of the face to kill it quick.
For anyone having trouble escaping just use crowd control and wait in a corner near the meteor until it despawns, you can also distract the rhino while your teammates kill it, you also don't need to max it out I'd say put at least 2 skill points in it.
I always use this Loadout because I always go for Teeth so I can upgrade stuff. I use the relics Pistol Only and Mortal. I use the MP-4433 (which is a beast when fully upgraded and it makes you run faster which is very usefull when you have low health), Armor Piercing (the best against Rhino's and also the other Cryptids), Armor (it doubles your health when fully upgraded), Vulture (a beast when fully upgraded, you don't have to take it with you all the time like a Sentry Gun and it keeps protecting you when you have to run away to regenerate health) and Crowd Control (gives you a lot of protection when fully upgraded and you could use it to distract Rhino's so your teammates can kill it). Because you have Pistol Only you can fully focus on that pistol and because you have Mortal you save some Skill points which you can use for the other things so they can be fully upgraded faster. It never fails me. I use it for both solo and co-op.

Try the vulture man. If u upgrad it to the max it will shoot missiles. I escaped several times with the vulture and 2 relics on. I have a nice strategy for solo. Just try it. It's op. Specialy if you have 4 players with max vultures. Than u don't even have to shoot. It's so easy
is there a way to create a second local party profile for extinction? every time we play local play second player starts at lvl 1. ive clicked on the create a profile but it still ends up saying guest 2
BEST 4 PLAYER STRATEGY! 2 ppl r medics, 1 engineer, 1 specialist. enginner gets defensive and makes a base with explosives ims/turret and a nade launcher turret (he has armor piercing bullets). medics have vultures and riot shields and stun ammo (stun ammo is the best in my opinion because it makes them dumb for 1 second then they realize what's going on and attack u again) and both use armor. specialist has mini gun feral/random supplies ims/turret regular ammo.
Why did you only use about 4 propane tanks when you had a lot more stacked? And only 1 person had armour on... and only upgraded it to +1, at the very end... Best time: 2:18 remaining, best score, ~601k

I died at the last hive yesterday , 3 people :/ I had 266 kills , 3 downs , 13 revives , and almost at the nuke. This helps dalek :)
A medic is great with crowd control it makes reviving so much easier.
I've gotten to hive 13 multiple times, with this guide, things will change…

You should of used your death machine as it helps massively against the hives and especially the rhinos.
Beat extinction 5 times already, my best was over 250000 with no downs using 2 relics, gonna try and see if I can do it with all 5 on

For 4 players one should be medic to revive rest faster,one should be engineer to repair the drill faster and the last two could be anything.
Finished the nuke today me and my buddy went super-sweaty try-hard mode and just got on with we went mad when we finally finished it
I have only managed to beat the first level twice in my whole life...that thing is HARD AF

I can normally solo ubtil the last hive were i die with three quarters through on the drill
I destroyed all the hives in about the same time as u did but with no downs
I have never beaten the mode, but my revive record in one match is 17
In one of my games the drill health dropped down to 2% than the hive exploded weird
Can you save your skillpoints after a game of are they only for 1 game?
Just for that particular game.
They are only for one game and I think you can upgrade everything if you destroy all the hives and complete every single challenge.

Mixing ammo, you can't do that. Unless two different teammates have the different ammo.
